The Mk1 Fiesta build.
This is a particularly special project for us at Retro Wiring Services – our very own Mk1 Ford Fiesta. It's been a long time in the making, with a fresh blue finish and a major performance upgrade underway.
Under the bonnet, the build is receiving a 1.6-litre turbocharged EcoBoost engine from the Fiesta ST180. There's still work to do before it returns to the road, and we'll be sharing more as the project develops.

A classic Ford with a modern heart.
A long time in the making.
Our own Mk1 Fiesta is being brought back to life with a fresh blue finish and a turbocharged 1.6-litre EcoBoost engine from the Fiesta ST180. The aim is to bring together the unmistakable character of a classic Fiesta with a thoroughly modern performance setup.
The car is still a work in progress. These photographs show some of the bodywork, engine-bay and installation stages as the build takes shape. We'll add further updates as the work continues.
